Hello!
My name is Jordyn Woolcott, I am a Licensed Realtor in Seattle, WA. Live PNW is your one stop shop to buying and selling real estate in Snohomish, King, Pierce, Thurston, and Kitsap counties. I have been a Real Estate Agent since 2015 and in that time I have had the privilege of helping many meet their goals with the powerful tool of homeownership. A Washington native, I am well versed in our cities, towns, and neighborhoods. A planner, strategist, and life long learner, I take a streamlined approach to your process. Always with open communication, I pair my gained knowledge with your goals to create a plan of action that leads us down the road to success. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, serving at my church, PTSA, and community, reading, baking, learning languages, and traveling. I look forward to talking with you!

Buying
If buying a home is on your horizons but you don't know where to start, here is a good place. Here is the process I take to get you from your idea phase to keys in hand.
1. We meet for coffee and discuss your plans, ideas, and goals
2. We review my "Buyer Guide" and I answer any questions you have about the process
3. You get pre approved for a mortgage if you need to, and we get out shopping
4. We work together to negotiate a contract
5. We clear contingencies within that contract (what contingencies are in the Buyer Guide)
6. You sign your documents & get your keys!

Selling
Is it time to move? Selling is possible in every market! We will partner to create a plan for a successful sale. Here is the process we will take:
1. Meet and talk about your home, your goals, & the market
2. We will go over my "Seller Guide" and I will answer any questions you have
3. We will work together to get your home ready for the market within your budget
4. We will plan for your future move and purchase if necessary
5. We will negotiate an offer and sell your home!
6. We will work through the contingencies of the contract with your buyer
7. You will sign your documents and close!
